Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
If participants have to cancel a confirmed reservation within 60 days of the start of the retreat, any advance payment will be forfeited. If the cancellation or rescheduling is more than 60 days from the start of the retreat, the deposit can be applied by written request, to a future retreat that begins within one year of the originally scheduled retreat.

Attendee Qualification
SonScape’s soul-care retreats are for pastors, missionaries, para-church leaders - anyone in Christian service along with their spouses (both the husband AND the wife together if married). Our retreats include married couples or unmarried singles who are currently serving in (or temporarily sidelined /retired from) full-time, part-time, and/or bi-vocational Christian ministry.

Note:
Pastors include senior, lead, associate, church planters, denominational leaders, youth / children / worship / other designation.
Missionaries include those working for denominations and independent organizations.
Para-church leaders or Bi-vocational ministers; anyone with a heart for christian missions and transformation of society for God's kingdom, working in a wide range of Christian ministries or organizations.
